DAY 2 : OUR EXPERIENCE DAY
- How consumers perceive, learn and participate
- Main components of a consumer’s experience
- Understanding (research) the consumer’s experience
- Translating the strategy into a direct experience/action

Prof. Christian Blüemelhuber
Professor in InBev Baillet Latour Chair of Euromarketing at SBS-EM. He holds a Dr. degree from Munich University, worked at universities in Europe, the US and Asia and is an expert in translating scientific concepts into the everyday language and work of managers.
