Today: J-Met CONNECT Philosophy and Services Specifics
The consulting, coaching, and teaching services J-Met CONNECT offers are based on the principle that successful innovation is all about connecting across multiple dimensions. First, it’s about making sure the innovation is connected to the consumer needs, to the realities of the market-place, as well as to the right partners and constructs for open innovation. It’s about connecting front-end creativity to downstream discipline in execution, and ultimately to effective commercialization.
Second, it is appreciating that successful innovation is produced by connecting the humans in organizations behind an inclusive Innovation Culture of desired behaviors and productive relationships that build trust and drive out fear. And how the Leadership, in turn, is able to connect to the organization deep into the company, by being authentic courageously and truthfully measuring themselves by impact vs. just intent.
Last, it’s about recognizing that the future of innovation is connected to the openness of senior leaders to continue to grow and improve by being coached, to effective training and intentional engaging of more junior professionals, and to preparing students for innovation’s magic, its realities, and its challenges.
