Quelle ne fut pas la surprise de tout un chacun d’entendre ou de lire via les médias que toutes les politiques d’austérité, mises en place dans la plupart des pays d’Europe depuis quelques mois, voire quelques années pour certains pays, seraient dues à une erreur de calculs réalisés via tableaux Excel !!!

Malwina Mejer, ECARES alumni since 2012, presented her recent work on ‘The impact of knowledge diversity on inventive performance at European universities’ at the 2013 Eu-SPRI Early Career Research Conference (ECRC) in Madrid and became a finalist for the Best Conference Paper.
The BCG Strategy Cup is a business competition among teams from top Belgian universities. This year, more than 750 students took part in the 8th edition of the competition. The challenge is to solve a real-life business problem and convince the consultants of the recommendations.
