The Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (SBS-EM) and the Foundation Marie-Christine Adam launched a video competition for all its Master students. The competition was open for all students of the SBS-EM Masters and for all incoming visiting students under a student exchange programme. In order to participate students had to create a short film expressing their opinion and experiences relevant to the international exchange programme and the University itself.

Created in 1984, TED is a nonprofit organisation devoted to ‘Ideas Worth Spreading’. Starting as a conference about technology, entertainment and design it has grown very fast to become an important force of change throughout the world.

TEDx are independently organised TED events that are meant to assemble people from all around the world and thus create a community of motivated change-makers for more than 30 years already.

In the framework of the Partnership between SBS-EM and the UNICEF office in Burundi, researchers at Solvay Brussels School have just released a report on the drivers of inequality in Burundi’s education system. This week, the main findings of the report have been presented at a conference on Burundi organised by the NGO umbrella organisation 11.11.11 in Brussels, in the presence of representatives of the Government of Burundi, Belgian Development Cooperation, members of the diaspora and the NGO community.

Elle cherchait à mettre en lumière la place que les CEO d’aujourd’hui accordent à la GRH dans les priorités stratégiques de leur organisation.
